Shipping

Shipping is a flat $5.00 on all orders. All orders are shipped by ground service, and take 3 to 9 days to arrive. Express shipping is available for an additional $3.00. All items are made fresh upon your order, to ensure that you receive a fresh and fragrant product, thus it takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to prepare your items for shipment. You will receive an email when your item is ready to ship.

Returns

Due to the nature of Delphi Botanical's products returns are not accepted unless a mistake was made such as wrong item shipped, etc. I stand behind my items and will correct any mistakes made, though I do not expect any problems.

Allergy Alert

Please note: At Delphi Botanicals I strive to use as many all natural ingredients as possible in my bath and body products so incident of allergic reaction is extremely low (in fact no incidents have occured thus far in over 18 months of selling these items). But it is still possible that you may have an allergic reaction to one or more ingredients in a product, if any signs of allergy occur please discontiue use. All ingredients in an item are either listed on the packaging or with the product instructions. please checks the ingredients list for anything that you may be allergic to.
